These are the keys to practise. The lessons make them easy, one step at a time.
For parents and teachers
This page uses the same engine as the main test with three changes for younger typists: larger text, a fixed set of 25 short familiar words instead of a timer, and no failure state — every finished run is a score to beat. Kids who want to learn properly should start the lesson course: lesson 1 takes about two minutes and teaches the home-row finger positions that everything else builds on. No accounts are needed anywhere on Type.biz, and children's results are stored only in the browser on this device.
